Planning permission approved for contemporary extension in Carluke

We are pleased to share that planning permission has been granted for a contemporary extension to a home in Carluke. The extension is characterized by bronze-coloured standing seam metal cladding and natural stone walling, offering a striking contrast to the traditional Victorian house. To reduce the impact on the existing structure, we incorporated a flat roof link between the extension and the house, allowing both to coexist harmoniously. We are eager to move forward to the detailed design stage in the upcoming weeks, with construction expected to begin in late 2026.
